Our view

Much of AI today is a feature added to software designed before it existed. We start with something a model can now do reliably, and design the whole product around it.

01The lab

We do four kinds of work, and all of it has to ship.

Products and research come first. Ventures grow out of products that work, and partner work stays small on purpose.

In development

Software designed around what models can do now.

Our first product is in development, and it runs entirely in Australia. We'll share its name when people can use it.

Under way

Research we judge by what it makes possible.

We study decision support, specialist knowledge, reliable agents and honest evaluation. A line of research continues only if it can end up in a product, and every experiment runs on our own infrastructure.

Later

A product that outgrows the lab leaves with its own team.

We set it up as a company with its own leadership and funding, and the lab stays close.

By conversation

We take on a few partners each year.

A senior team works inside yours on one hard problem, and leaves you with software you keep.

02Inference

We run our own AI in Australia, and your data stays here.

We built our own agentic system, and we run it on our own infrastructure in Australia. Everything we make runs on it, from our own products to the work we do with partners.

01

We run our own agentic system.

We built the system our software runs on, and we operate it ourselves. Bandle is not affiliated with any other AI lab or model provider.

02

Inference happens in Australia.

Our models run on our own servers in Australia, so every request is answered here rather than overseas.

03

Your data stays in Australia.

Prompts, files and results are processed and stored in Australia. That holds for our own products and for every partner project.

03Method

How an idea becomes a product.

01Find

We look for work that new models have just made possible.

We test new models against everyday tasks. When one gets accurate enough to change how a task is done, that task becomes our brief.

02Build

We build the smallest version that could prove us wrong.

We put working software in front of real users early. If it holds up, it earns more time and more people.

03Form

The strongest products become companies.

Once real users rely on a product, it needs its own team and pace. We set up a company around it and stay involved.

04Autonomy

You decide how much the system does on its own.

We design our products so you choose how much the system does alone. Each bar is a task, ordered from routine to high stakes. At every setting, a person stays accountable for the result.

The system takes 16 of 32 tasks.

05Partners

Partner work is a small part of what we do, by design.

Each year we take on a few projects where existing software can't solve the problem. You work with the same senior people who build our own products, you keep what we build together, and your data stays in Australia.

01

It starts with a conversation

Tell us the problem. We'll say plainly whether we're the right team for it, and what a first version would take.

02

Built side by side

Our senior people work inside your team for the whole project, within your security and data rules.

03

Yours when we leave

You keep the code, and your team knows how to run it and build on it.
